ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM PAYPAL OR BIL ME LATER OTHER THAN NEW BILLINGS AND INITAL RESPONSE OF NOTHING CAN BE DONE.

AFTER CANCELING ALL ACCOUNTS I WAS REQUIRED TO REACTIVATE JUST TO FILE COMPLAINT

I TRIED TO USE BILL ME LATER BUT THEY HAD A DELAY IN VERIFYING MY BANK ACCOUNT.I TRIED TO CANCEL EVERYTHING INCLUDING ACCOUNT BUT THEY STILL ACCESSED MY ACCOUNT, ORDERED THE PRODUCT AND REFUSE ANY RETURNS.

THE SAME ITEM I DID PURCHASE WITH MY CC BUT DUPLICATE ORDERS WERE PLACED 8 MINUTES APART.DO NOT EVER START A BILL ME LATER ACCOUNT AS IT APPEARS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO STOP A TRANSACTION, CANCEL AN ORDER OR PREVENT ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNTSBILL ME LATER IS THE WORST - NO RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES NEVER USE BILL ME LATER

Monetary Loss: $20.
