No customer service/ no product
- - PayPal Pay Later generated no order number.

I tried to use the PayPal pay later option when ordering from a merchant. However the paypal site never generated a order #.
When I called the merchant they never received a payment to generate an oder number. However PayPal did deduct my 1 initial installment the same exact day, but no product. I have called and sent messages with no one to return a email or text.
Now I have to cancel my debit card to keep from being charged 3 more payments. This is a sorry system and I do not recommend using it at all.

I just pulled my credit report and see that they have requested a tax lean against me for the amount of $2729.82!!!! I have never had a bill me later account and do not owe this money

A "hard pull" inquiry was made on my report on November 3, 2019 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I will contact the credit bureau first thing in the morning to dispute it over the phone!

I noticed a hard inquiry from Bill ame Later on my Equifax report in which I didn't authorize nor applied for any credit. I need to know how this inquiry get on my report I already open a case with CRA and you need to remove this from my report immediately this is fraud .

Account charges not able to view online via pay pal credit
- - Open engineering ticket for over 2 years with no response.
- - PayPal credit linked to site but no transactions visible.
They supposedly have an open ticket in their engineering dept for over 2 years now, and never have gotten back to me. Each time I call a new person says they are submitting a ticket.
My PayPal credit is linked to the site yet I can not see any transactions... Horrible customer service and bad business in general.
